Super Bowl 54 Half Time Show
Every year people watch the Super Bowl for two reasons to see which football team wins the trophy and to watch the entertaining half time show. Earlier last month sports fans watched the Kansas City Chiefs win the Super Bowl while music lovers watched two Latin divas Jennifer Lopez and Shakira shared the stage. This part of the sport event they will never forget.
The show kicked off with Shakira hitting the stage. The Colombian singer performed some of her hit songs She Wolf, Whenever Whenever, Hips Don’t Lie, along with some of her Spanish songs. She showed other talents while on stage dancing and playing instruments. Jennifer Lopez entered the stage on a pole that resembled the top of the Empire State building. Her hit songs she performed were Jenny From The Block, Ain’t That Funny, Get Right, Waiting For Tonight, and Love Don’t Cost A Thing.
Both women shared their vocal and dance talents on one stage. They moved their bodies to the Afro-Colombian Champeta and Puerto Rico’sh salsa. Their performance also sent a political message. Emma Lopez’s daughter was put in a cage during her mom’s song “Let’s Get Loud” to show the human crisis in the southern broader where children are put in cages. These two Latin ladies shared the stage with other Spanish musicians Bad Bunny and J Balvin.
